Avenue Land are award winning, dynamic and experienced residential led developers, with strong planning, technical and legal understanding

 

The two co-founders have over 25 year's experience developing sustainable and innovative mix-use and residential led new build and conversion schemes in London and the South East

 

We look continually to acquire unconsented residential development opportunities with potential for up to 20 units within the M25. At Avenue Land we have a long - established reputation within the industry for making quick decisions and working to a tight timeframe and do not require bank finance for lots up to £2m.

We work in partnership with land owners, agents, architects and planning consultants to ensure we can identify the right opportunities and maximise value to the benefit of all parties

  • Investment opportunities with short to medium term development potential
